Victoria is the official owner of the Puras Papas Food Truck. She is a North County San Diego native having been raised in the city of San Marcos. She got her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at California State University San Marcos and has worked in the Real Estate / Mortgage industry for 6+ years. She spends her free time with family, friends, reading, or at the beach. Victoria loves traveling - especially the country of Mexico, which is actually where the Loaded Potato idea came from. One of the places she has visited the most is Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, which is home of the restaurant "La Papa Loca." There they serve Loaded Potatoes similar to the ones offered by Puras Papas. She is so excited to be on this journey with her mom right by her side and add another option of delicious food to north county.

Victoria's Mom, Maria, is the mastermind and cook. She delivers a homemade-style plate and truly enjoys perfecting her craft. She makes every dish with love and loves getting feedback from everyone she serves.  Victoria & Maria work together to provide unique dishes and excellent service.

She's lived in San Marcos for over 30 years and enjoys serving and being a part of the community. On the left she is pictured with Tony Hawk after catering his daughter's Halloween party.
