Our Food Truck's Specialty is the Loaded Potato. However, we serve all things Mexican Food. Including Tacos, Burritos, Loaded Fries, Sopes, QuesaBirrias, & more! We are stationary and park on Linda Vista Dr in San Marcos behind the new Business Costco (we are the second truck), but will leave our regular spot for special events and catering. 

Our current schedule includes leaving early every other Monday & every Thursday.
